Nordstrom is officially my favorite store of all time… they get lots of customer appreciation from me. I had bought a Marc Jacobs watch around August and fell in love with it. Didn’t realize it but apparently the metal on the watch and especially the links started to become discolored. (I guess it was because of how I stored it?) Anyhow the watch was essentially useless because it was spotty in color. Even though it functioned perfectly well, what good is it if it has patches of silver here and there. My mom noticed and we just went to Nordstrom to see what they could do for us. As it turns out they allowed us to exchange it for a new one at no cost at all.  Since I was there already my sister knowing I wanted the Chanel brush #12 went ahead and bought it for me. I was crying invisible tears by the time I was walking out of the store, my god.
