Major thing I love about Miami aside from the people is the structures aka buildings. This is something I really get to appreciate when I go outside on runs. That aside I went athletic gear shopping and purchased some greatly needed running shoes and sports bra to go with. The ones I currently own have really gotten worn out. Time for the new.

There exist a special place in my heart for school supplies. I completed fall semester, spring semester, and now it is time for summer semester to get on the same track. I am besotted with excitement because classes start for me tomorrow and I don’t know how much longer I can wait. I am, on a side note, particularly thankful for my sister because in all of this she remembered my adoration of school supplies. That easy button right there, kudos to her plus the novelty pens as well. You never can go wrong with a novelty pen. Or, with a sister who genuinely cares.   

Now that finals are over time to share my grades. 

I have been working on these for an entire semester and I am disappointed in myself. 4 A’s & 1 B. It could have been all A’s however I clearly need to practice the skill of english. I still cannot believe I received a B in English when I worked so hard to earn an A. :( 

Anyhow. These are all from this week. I went to an opening today of a fruit restaurant with some friends which I thought would be more social than it was, but as it turns out I was just more awkward than it was. My sister has taken over the show here with her yummy burger which yes, I totally drooled over. And her killer Kate Spade bag which she purchased at a major discount because she’s price savvy ;D. Aside from that I am on the lookout for new plants to adopt as my own. I am looking to foster the skill that is the green thumb. Such beauty in vibrancy. Hope everyone did great on finals or if you are still in high school, I suspect you are all in study more so enough tumblr and return to studying! Summer will come soon enough loves. More posts to come now that I am in summer for like two weeks because yes, I will be taking summer courses. 

This is what the weeks before finals looked like. Barely had time to post but this is from then. I did an obstacle run where I volunteered the entire day and then some. I met so many people there. Starting with the people who ran the obstacle course all the way down to the race organizers and sponsors which was pretty awesome. It was a jam packed weekend before finals, I don’t know how I managed in retrospect. Same weekend was a beach picnic with my lovely org. family and gym family. Super happy it happened. Good times.

To maximize the joy of completing my courses for every A I turn out this semester I’ll invest in one of these little splurges from here.
